Gouda & Cheddar Sport Sandwich
Ingredients:

- 1 triangular protein sesame and linseed roll
- 150g chicken tenderloin
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 20g wheat flour
- 1 egg
- pinch of sweet pepper
- pinch of chili pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- sprig of fresh basil
- 1 tbsp of clarified butter
- 100g Hochland Gouda & Cheddar
- 20 vegetable nachos
- 1 mustard ball
- 1 skewer
Recipe step by step
- 1. clean the chicken tenderloin, then dry it on a paper towel
- 2. break the egg into the bowl, add the spices, add salt and pepper to taste, whisk until the mass is smooth
- 3. prepare the breadcrumbs in another bowl
- 4. coat the meat first in the flour, then in the egg, and at the end coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumbs
- 5. heat the clarified butter in the pan
- 6. fry the chicken tenderloin for 7 minutes, turning it over every 2 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy, and the meat inside cooked
- 7. cut the roll in half, spread the mustard thinly over the roll
- 8. sprinkle the lower half of the roll with gouda & cheddar cheese cubes
- 9. then place the fried chicken tenderloin, add another portion of cheese cubes
- 10. arrange the vegetable nachos, sprinkle them with the remaining cheese
- 11. cover it with the top half of the roll
- 12. put the skewer in the sandwich
- 13. bake in the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese slightly
- 14. decorate the plate with fresh basil
- 15. serve the sandwich with salad and ketchup
