- 200 g Hochland Gouda or Creamy
- 3 g curry paste
- 3 g curry spice
- 7 g fresh coriander
- 2 g salt
- 70 g double cream, 36%
Recipe step by step
- 1. put the Gouda cheese or Sour cream Creamy cheese into a bowl, add the cream
- 2. add the curry paste, curry powder and the salt, then blend until the mass is smooth
- 3. add finely chopped coriander and crushed pepper, give it a stir
- 4. serve with crackers, vegetables cut into sticks and nachos
