- 200 g Hochland Gouda or Creamy cheese
- 70 g double cream, 36%
- 30 g fresh basil
- 2 g salt
- 3 g crushed peppercorns
Recipe step by step
- 1. put the Gouda or Creamy cheese into a bowl, add the cream
- 2. add the salt and blend with a mixer until the mass is smooth
- 3. add finely chopped basil and crushed peppercorns, stir
- 4. serve with crackers, vegetables cut into sticks and nachos
