  •  200 g Hochland Gouda or Creamy cheese
  •  70 g double cream, 36%
  •  30 g fresh basil
  •  2 g salt
  •  3 g crushed peppercorns

  • 1. put the Gouda or Creamy cheese into a bowl, add the cream
  • 2. add the salt and blend with a mixer until the mass is smooth
  • 3. add finely chopped basil and crushed peppercorns, stir
  • 4. serve with crackers, vegetables cut into sticks and nachos
