Double cheese graham wrap

Ingredients:

  •  1 multigrain tortilla or graham tortilla
  •  1 lettuce leaf
  •  1 small red onion
  •  1 gherkin
  •  1 tomato
  •  1 hamburger or 2 slices of roast beef
  •  100g Hochland Cheddar & Gouda blocks
  •  50g Hochland Cheddar Jack
  •  1 tbsp clarified butter

Recipe step by step

  • 1. cut the hamburger into strips / slice the roast beef
  • 2. fry the meat in clarified butter in a well-heated pan
  • 3. wash the tomato, dry it and cut into slices
  • 4. wash the lettuce and dry on a paper towel
  • 5. cut the onion into thin slices
  • 6. in the meanwhile heat the oven to 200 ° C
  • 7. prepare the tinfoil, place the tortilla on it
  • 8. put the salad, tomato, onion and meat on the tortilla
  • 9. sprinkle with Cheddar Jack shavings and Cheddar & Gouda cubes
  • 10. form the tortilla in a wrap: first fold the bottom then roll
  • 11. then wrap the wraps tightly in foil and heat for 2 minutes in a preheated oven
  • 12. after removing it, unfold it from the foil and put it on the plateafter removing, remove the foil and put on the plate
  • 13. serve with sauces of your choice
