Breakfast cheddar toast rolls

- 10 slices of wheat toast bread
- 10 slices of Hochland Cheddar and Cheddar White
- 50 ml milk
- 2 tbsp of frying fat
Recipe step by step
- 1. take ten pieces of toast bread out of the packaging
- 2. cut the skins off each slice of toast
- 3. roll each toast out slightly, moisten two opposite edges with milk
- 4. put the cheddar on all the slices
- 5. roll each piece of bread tightly
- 6. press the milk moistened edge of the toast, so it does not open
- 7. heat the clarified butter in a pan with a thick bottom
- 8. place the rolls and fry them for 5 minutes, turning them often to fry them evenly
- 9. after they are golden brown, and the cheese has melted, put the fried rolls on a paper towel to remove the excess fat
- 10. serve hot as an addition to scrambled eggs or other breakfast sets
- 11. you can serve the rolls with a soup or as a warm snack
