Breakfast radish cottage cheese

- 500g Hochland Cremette
- 200g of Greek type yoghurt or boiled water
- bunch of radishes
- salt and pepper to taste
Recipe step by step
- 1. place the Cremette cheese in a bowl, whisk with a fork, add yogurt or water and mix to a smooth mass
- 2. clean the radishes, remove the leaves, chop them into small cubes
- 3. add the chopped radishes to the cottage cheese
- 4. season the cottage cheese with the salt and pepper, mix
- 5. serve cottage cheese in a breakfast buffet with fresh bread
