Breakfast radish cottage cheese

All ingredients
  •  500g Hochland Cremette
  •  200g of Greek type yoghurt or boiled water
  •  bunch of radishes
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Recipe step by step

  • 1. place the Cremette cheese in a bowl, whisk with a fork, add yogurt or water and mix to a smooth mass
  • 2. clean the radishes, remove the leaves, chop them into small cubes
  • 3. add the chopped radishes to the cottage cheese
  • 4. season the cottage cheese with the salt and pepper, mix
  • 5. serve cottage cheese in a breakfast buffet with fresh bread
