Breakfast raisin-vanilla cottage cheese

All ingredients
  •  500g Hochland Cremette
  •  200g of Greek type yoghurt or boiled water
  •  150g raisins
  •  2 packaging of vanilla sugar
  •  pinch of salt

Recipe step by step

  • 1. place the Cremette cheese in a bowl, whisk with a fork, add yogurt or water and mix to a smooth mass
  • 2. put the raisins into lukewarm water for 10 minutes, rinse and drain thoroughly
  • 3. add the vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese and mix until dissolved
  • 4. add the raisins, gently combining them with the mass, so as not to damage their structure
  • 5. serve the cottage cheese with fresh bread, muesli and fruit in a breakfast buffet
