  •  750g Hochland Cremette
  •  200ml double cream 36%
  •  2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  •  150 ml milk 3.2%

Recipe step by step

  • 1. blend the cream and milk to make solid mass
  • 2. add the Cremette cheese and mix to obtain a homogenous structure
  • 3. pour the mass into the ice cream maker
  • 4. after cooling to the appropriate temperature, put in the freezer
  • 5. you can create a variety of flavours: nutella, seasonal fruit, caramel and cookies
