- 750g Hochland Cremette
- 200ml double cream 36%
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 150 ml milk 3.2%
Recipe step by step
- 1. blend the cream and milk to make solid mass
- 2. add the Cremette cheese and mix to obtain a homogenous structure
- 3. pour the mass into the ice cream maker
- 4. after cooling to the appropriate temperature, put in the freezer
- 5. you can create a variety of flavours: nutella, seasonal fruit, caramel and cookies
