Club sandwich with grilled chicken, cheddar, fried egg and caesar sauce

Ingredients:
  •  3 slices of toast bread
  •  120 g grilled chicken breast
  •  3 slices of bacon
  •  1 fried egg
  •  2 lettuce leaves
  •  1 tomato slice
  •  4 slices of Hochland Cheddar
  •  4 tbsp Caesar sauce
CAESAR SAUCE
  •  4 tbsp mayonnais
  •  1 anchovy fillet
  •  1 minced garlic clove
  •  1 tbsp grated parmesan
  •  1 tbsp olive oil
  •  Salt, pepper to taste

Recipe step by step

  • 1. Grill the toast bread, chicken breast and bacon slices.
  • 2. Cut the hot chicken into slices.
  • 3. Blend the ingredients for the Caesar sauce and season to taste.
  • 4. Spread sauce on each slice of toasted bread, then top with lettuce, tomato, bacon, chicken slices and Hochland Cheddar.
  • 5. Place the fried egg on top of the toast.
