Lunch sandwich

All ingredients
  •  2 whole-grain mini baguettes
  •  6 slices Hochland Gouda sliced cheese
  •  2 tbsp of mustard
  •  handful of arugula
  •  1 avocado
  •  ½ lime
  •  garlic clove
  •  1 tbsp of pine nuts
  •  tabasco sauce
  •  tomatoes
  •  salt, pepper

Recipe step by step

  • 1. cut the baguette lengthwise in half
  • 2. wash the avocado, cut it in half, remove the pit, and take the pulp out with the spoon
  • 3. mash the avocado with a fork or blend it, add lime juice and crushed garlic
  • 4. blend guacamole until the mass is smooth, put it on the bottom halves of the baguettes, and spread it on the surface
  • 5. sprinkle with pine nuts, earlier roasted lightly on a dry pan
  • 6. fold slices of cheese into triangles or halves and place them on the sandwich
  • 7. add the washed and dried arugula leaves
  • 8. top the upper half of the baguettes with mustard, then put the sandwiches together
  • 9. serve with tabasco sauce and black olives on toothpicks or a bowl of diced tomatoes, seasoned with fresh garlic, salt and pepper
