Stockholm sandwich

Ingredients:
All ingredients
  •  2 slices of whole-wheat rye sourdough bread
  •  20 g butter
  •  150 g Hochland Cremette
  •  50 g of smoked sliced salmon
  •  bunch of dill
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  •  a small jar of capers

Recipe step by step

  • 1. chop finely half of the dill; leave the rest to garnish
  • 2. mash the Hochland Cremette cheese with a fork
  • 3. add salt, pepper and chopped dill
  • 4. blend until it is smooth
  • 5. slice the rye bread
  • 6. spread the butter thinly on the bread
  • 7. spread the cream cheese on the sandwiches
  • 8. put the slices of the salmon on the top
  • 9. decorate the sandwich with a sprig of dill
  • 10. serve the sandwich with a bowl of capers
