Stockholm sandwich

- 2 slices of whole-wheat rye sourdough bread
- 20 g butter
- 150 g Hochland Cremette
- 50 g of smoked sliced salmon
- bunch of dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- a small jar of capers
Recipe step by step
- 1. chop finely half of the dill; leave the rest to garnish
- 2. mash the Hochland Cremette cheese with a fork
- 3. add salt, pepper and chopped dill
- 4. blend until it is smooth
- 5. slice the rye bread
- 6. spread the butter thinly on the bread
- 7. spread the cream cheese on the sandwiches
- 8. put the slices of the salmon on the top
- 9. decorate the sandwich with a sprig of dill
- 10. serve the sandwich with a bowl of capers
