Chicken double cheese feast

- 1000g chicken breasts
- 200g Hochland Cheddar & Gouda cubes
- 150g of Hochland Cheddar Jack
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 100g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 red pepper
- bunch of chives or fresh oregano
- pinch of sweet pepper
- pinch of chili pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of clarified butter
Recipe step by step
- 1. wash the meat, then dry it on a paper towel
- 2. cut the breasts into medium-sized pieces
- 3. break the egg into a bowl, add the spices, salt and pepper to taste, whisk until the mass is smooth
- 4. prepare the breadcrumbs in another bowl
- 5. coat the meat first in the flour, then in the egg, finally in the breadcrumbs
- 6. fry the chicken for about 8-13 minutes, turning the meat over every 2 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy and the meat inside cooked
- 7. in the meanwhile heat the oven to 200 ° C
- 8. cut the red pepper into pieces, chop the chives / tear the oregano leaves off the stalks
- 9. cover the plate with tinfoil or prepare a round baking dish
- 10. form a circle with the fried meat
- 11. sprinkle the chicken "pizza" with Cheddar Jack shavings and Cheddar & Gouda cubes
- 12. garnish the dish with peppers and greens
- 13. bake the chicken "pizza" for about 3 - 5 minutes
- 14. remove from the oven and serve with various kinds of lettuces and sauces of your choice
