Ingredients:
CHEESE MIXTURE
  •  1 kg Hochland Creamland cream cheese
  •  100 g sugar
  •  1 egg
  •  100 g pudding
  •  250 g raisins
  •  Orange peel
YEAST DOUGH
  •  1 kg wheat flour
  •  120 g sugar
  •  120 g margarine
  •  120 g eggs
  •  100 g yeast
  •  10 g salt
  •  400 ml milk
DECORATION
  •  Icing
  •  Coconut flakes
  •  Raisins

Recipe step by step

  • 1. Cook the pudding.
  • 2. Combine the Hochland Cream cheese, the pudding and all the ingredients for the cream cheese mixture.
  • 3. Prepare a dough leavening agent – combine yeast with milk, a little sugar and flour, then heat gently and leave in a warm place to rise.
  • 4. Melt the fat, combine the remaining ingredients for the dough, add the leavening agent and start kneading.
  • 5. Leave the well kneaded dough to rise.
  • 6. After this time roll out the dough, put on the cheese mixture and fold properly, finally cut in the right places to get the suitable form.
  • 7. Set aside in a warm place. After the second rise, place in an oven preheated to 190ºC and bake for 14 minutes.
  • 8. Brush the finished, cooled baked product with icing and sprinkle with coconut flakes and raisins.
